ℹHow it works: Each log increments the correct slot in Hosted/Attended (Insp/Train/Recruit/Deploy) and adds 1 to the event-type total. Quota auto-updates to COMPLETE when hosted total ≥ 3 and attended total ≥ 3. Members on LoA are automatically skipped.
